Relax in our Sauna Area

If you are not a fan of saunas you will be after a visit to Bad Saarow. The stylish sauna area at the SaarowTherme has something for everyone: from soothing warm to stimulating heat.

The 300 square metre sauna area offers 4 different sauna types: Finnish saunas with temperatures of 60 and 90 degrees Celsius, an organic sauna and a steam bath.

In need of refreshment? Then head to our snow room! Or cool off after a sauna on the rooftop terrace in the fresh air, with views of the spa gardens below.
Afterwards you can rest in our herbal parlour with its soothing aromas and gentle music. Our sauna bar is also the perfect place to pass the time. Relax with a refreshing drink in front of the fireplace. Or snuggle up in our expansive relaxation room with its romantic views of the Scharmützelsee lake.

Various wellness treatments, such as Lomi Lomi Nui, Hamam or Rhasul as well as revitalising baths in our whirlpool round off a perfect day of wellness with us.
